Learning, loving and playing in California’s great outdoors is every child’s right – and California’s ‘Children’s Outdoor Bill of Rights day’ was specifically designed to provide a plethora of fun, outdoor activities for children to experience, enjoy…and cherish for the rest of their lives. ~ Captain Maggie McDonogh
