Pack a picnic, or pre-order a delicious Box Lunch from the Angel Island Cafe so it will be ready for pick up for you to enjoy during your hike.
Captain Maggie also suggests travelers pick up a map of Angel Island at the Visitors Center in Ayala Cove. It’s also a good idea to pack along:
-
Sunscreen
-
Wide brimmed hat
-
Extra water & healthy snacks
-
Spending money for souvenirs
Dressing in layers is recommended as the weather can change from comfortably cool to warm or cold at any given point on San Francisco Bay.
