Captain Maggie McDonogh & Crew invite you to “Get Your Spring On” with a 10 a.m. Angel Island Tiburon Ferry ride out of Tiburon, Calif. to take part in this season’s “Wildflower Hikes” on Angel Island State Park from 10:30 am. – 2:30 p.m. You’ll have plenty of time to catch Angel Island Ferry’s 3:30 p.m return ferry to our Tiburon dock.
Plan ahead and pre-order a delicious Box Lunch from the Angel Island Cafe so it will be ready for pick up for you to enjoy during your hike on Angel Island State Park. Captain Maggie also suggests travelers pick up a map of Angel Island at the Visitors Center in Ayala Cove, and pack along:
- Sunscreen
- Wide brimmed hat
- Extra water & healthy snacks
- Spending money for souvenirs
Dressing in layers is also recommended as the weather can change from comfortably cool to warm or cold at any given point on San Francisco Bay.
This is the perfect time to “Get Your 2014 Spring On” …and “take a ride with us!”~ Captain Maggie McDonogh
